US CPA stands for Certified Public Accountant in USA. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) provides US CPA certification.

CPA USA Exam Syllabus

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting(FAR) :
Candidates will be benefitted in the long run if they tackle the FAR part first, as it is the most extensive part. Because of a large number of FAR resources, it is recommended that they begin with this topic.

2. Auditing & Attestation(AUD) :
This is considered the most difficult section of the CPA USA exam and this section predominantly focuses on all aspects of auditing. This section tests the examinee’s ability to handle professional tasks of Certified Public Accountant and how they would further apply the learnings in real-life scenarios.

3. Regulation(REG) :
The term "regulation" refers to a mix of federal taxation and company law. This section covers the fundamentals of business ethics. The majority of the section will have strong resemblence to  business law textbooks.

4. Business Environment & Concepts(BEC) :
The CPA BEC module will assist you in taking your business knowledge to the next level by allowing you to apply it to real-world business problems. Because of the vast material and the fact that it deals with business and economic principles, the Business Environment and Concepts portion is considered to be one of the most difficult tests.

CPA USA Eligibility Criteria in India – How to become a CPA

Before enrolling for the CPA USA exams, you must be aware of the CPA USA eligibility requirements. The highest accounting credential in the United States is CPA (Certified Public Accountant). 

You musIf you want to earn the CPA USA credential, you must have a bachelor’s degree and also enough knowledge of accounting, finance, and audit ( We iProledge’s will guide you till your exam completes).t complete 3 Levels, according to the CFA Institute. 

Exception: If you have a B.Com in first division from a NAAC ‘A' university, you are entitled to 30 additional credits, bringing your total to 120.

Several states in the United States accept Indian CA's with a B.Com degree. The specific requirements will differ from state to state.

CPA USA Exam Pattern & Passing Criteria

But only Business Environment & Concepts has a Written Communication section.

Your score for each section of the CPA Exam is reported on a scale that ranges from 0 to 99. To pass a section, you must score a minimum of 75. Your total reported score does not represent a percentage correct, nor can you interpret it as such. Scores are not curved.

The first stage in the CPA USA exam application procedure is to discover if you are eligible to take it. This is the first massive oversight made by many CPA USA candidates.
