iProledge is an Edtech & Consulting Firm established in Silicon Valley of India, i.e. Bengaluru. We are here to build an innovative learning platform primarily focusing on the Commerce Domain and build course curriculum to empower students and make them professionals with the knowledge and skills required in 21st Gen Z.
We are here to build courses, tools & products to help students and our associated companies and we do some exciting projects in between to make the process smoother.
For this, we would need more hands & brains to work with us. Hence, WE ARE HIRING.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with founders to drive key projects, including market research and improving performance.

Research and Presentations: Gather data, create presentations, and support strategic decision-making.

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate arrangements for the Academy.

Project Management: Handle multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Report Preparation: Write reports, memos, and correspondence for the founders with high accuracy and professionalism.

Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively, keeping sensitive information private.

Proactive Planning: Anticipate needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive impactful results with a strategic mindset.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Identify new business opportunities, initiate innovative projects, and implement growth strategies to leverage market trends and increase profitability.

Our Interview Process?
We prefer not to waste your time & efforts and hence we will be having 3 rounds and will be completing the hiring process within a maximum of 2 weeks' time.
